● Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as a receipt of your purchase and includes important details such as the items ordered, the total cost, and the shipping address provided. Please review this email carefully to ensure all information is accurate. If you do not receive an order confirmation or need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and we will take care of you.

· We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
· Orders in general take 2-3 business days to process and ship. If we are unable to meet the expected shipment date, then we shall contact you via the contact information you provided when placing your order.
· To ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process, we kindly request all customers to enter their shipping address in English, without any special characters. This includes letters, numbers, and basic punctuation marks.
· We at Zarritt are happy to provide it’s customers with international shipping service. We ship to any part of the World.
· To get you your items as fast as possible, we may ship your order in multiple packages that arrive on different days.
● Taxes and Duties
Please keep in mind that any custom, taxes or import duties imposed are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. As we have no control over such situations, the payments of these charges and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Zarritt. It’s a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order, so you don’t receive any unexpected charges.
● Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order shipment notification by email, which will contain all shipping information, including a tracking no., which you can use to track your order via the courier’s website. Please note that, due to system updating requirements, the tracking information may not be immediately available upon receipt of the aforesaid email. In such instances, you are advised to check again later.
● Change of Order
After the order has been placed, you cannot change, add, or remove any items from your order.
However, if, before your order is shipped, you wish to change only the colour and/or size of an item, you may send us a request at [email protected] and we may, at our discretion, entertain your request depending on, amongst other things, the availability of the time in question.
If we find that any item you have ordered is out of stock or otherwise becomes unavailable, we will contact you via the contact information you provide when placing your order and offer a refund of the price for that item. Such refund will not affect any remaining part of the order.
● Cancellation
You can only cancel an order which is still in the “Unshipped” status. A cancel request should be raised to us at [email protected] with the email subject of “Cancellation request”. Please provide your order no. and customer name in the email for further processing.
Refunds will be issued via the same form as the original form of payment for the purchase (we will not be responsible for any handling fees or bank charges that you incur). Refunds will be processed within 7 business day after the cancellation of order is confirmed.
● Failed Delivery/ Returned to Sender/ Abandoned Packages
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender(Zarritt) at the customer’s expense.
If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local distribution center for pick up. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender(Zarritt) at the customer’s expense.
For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to Zarritt at your expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; This amount will be deducted from the total of the amount to be refunded.
Packages will be held at customs for 30 days, after which it will be deemed abandoned. Customers who have abandoned a package will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.
● Damaged/Opened Package
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at [email protected].
● Late or Lost Orders
When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Zarritt takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us via email at [email protected] within 20 working days from the dispatch date.
