● Account & Order

There are several reasons why you should create an online Customer account! Your Customer account is a place for you to research all of your order history with Zarritt (what items you have already purchased, where they were shipped, how much you spent, etc.) Once logged in, you will also be able to keep track (and update) all of your billing and shipping information, so that you can breeze through the online checkout process with a simple click or two, rather than having to manually enter all of your information for every purchase that you make.

Spam filters or misspelling of the email address at checkout may cause our messages to get lost. Feel free to reach out to Customer Care if you can’t find the confirmation or tracking info.

If you checked out as a guest your order will not show up on a newly created account after the fact. Once the order ships you will receive a shipping notification.

If you checked out as a guest, the order won’t appear in your Zarritt account order history. We can’t transfer or change your order history, so be sure to log into your Zarritt account when ordering online.

Naturally, we do our best to send out all orders, but styles can sell fast and we can’t always guarantee an item is available when trying to fulfill your online order. If your item has sold out, we’ll notify you by email to confirm the cancellation and refund your order. If your order has multiple items, we’ll refund the out of stock item and send out the rest of your order.

Unfortunately not, we are unable to add an item to your existing order.

● Payment Methods

All transactions are secured. The Zarritt website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Zarritt does not keep any credit card information.

We accept the following payment methods:

If you’re having trouble checking out please make sure your billing information is the same as what the bank has on file. If it doesn’t match the order will not go through.

We offer many currency options when purchasing from us. You can change the currency and language of the site using the button on the desktop site, or from within the main menu when shopping on mobile.
When you come to pay for an order, you will be charged in the currency you have selected.

Our prices change regularly in response to seasonal trends, stock levels and customer demand. As such, we hope you understand that we cannot refund the difference to previous orders when prices change.

If you received a discount code you can add it onto your order when you get to the checkout process. There will be a box above your order total. Enter that code and it will be reflected on all eligible items.

A few common reasons why the code doesn’t work are:
1. Discount apply to all eligible merchandise. Merchandise that is not eligible for discount includes, but is not limited to, already discounted products, gear, accessories, and special collections.
2. Multiple discounts may not be used towards a single order. If you have more than one code, save one for your next order or send to a friend.
3.Discounts codes will expire after a certain amount of time depending on the promotion that your code was sent with.

If you are still having issues you can send us a message with the code, discount amount, and the items you have in your cart and we will be happy to assist!

If your order has been successful and we have taken payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from us shortly after.
If you are unsure or believe the order has gone through but you have not received an email, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] who will be able to assist you.

● Shipping & Tracking

We can ship virtually anywhere in the world. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes, and all orders will require a signature upon delivery.

We will ship from a warehouse near you according to your delivery address.

You can check on your orders shipping status within your account.

You will also be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email and it has been more than a few business days since your order was placed, reach out to us and we will provide an update on your orders status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to populate.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices

All hope is not lost! Sometimes your package is just waiting in an unexpected place. We strongly suggest contacting your neighbours, looking in your backyard and calling your local post office to see if they’re holding the package for you.

Please allow one full business day after the package is marked as delivered before contacting the shipping provider or our customer service team about the whereabouts of your package.

* Zarritt is not responsible for package loss or theft once your order has been expedited from our warehouse. Please make sure to double check your shipping information before submitting your order.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $79 when the “free shipping” method is chosen at checkout. You will have the option of paying for different shipping methods if you choose. (IE: Express.)

If there was an issue with delivery and your package is returned to sender, we will make an attempt to reach you via email to see if you would like your package re-shipped to an updated address. If you’d like it re-shipped, we will send you an invoice for the new shipping fees. If you are not interested in having it re-shipped, or if we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will refund the order (less the shipping costs) to the original method of payment.

If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item in your order, please know that this is very rare and we are so sorry! If this happens to you please contact us as soon as possible and we will get you taken care of.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may have to send some items separately and these may occasionally be delivered by different couriers. Look out for any emails we have sent you that may contain important updates about your order.

Yes. As you checkout, you will be asked for your billing address and your shipping address (if it is different). We must have your billing address to charge your credit card for verification purposes. If you supply a separate shipping address, your order will ship to that address.

● Returns & Exchanges

All returned products will be checked by Zarritt within 5-10 working days from the time we receive your parcel. We will send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products and the refund due to you. In the case of a denied return, our customer care team will notify you of the reason and the package will be returned to you.

Please note that various payment providers have different processing times for refunds and it may take a number of working days for your refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Zarritt’s returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased for any reason within the specified return period (check Returns Policy page for the same). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

If you change your mind and decide that you don’t want to return an item to us, that’s no problem at all. No action is required and there’s no need to cancel the return request; simply keep the item and our systems will adjust automatically.

It is not possible to replace the goods with different sizes and/or color; therefore, if you wish to make an exchange with the same article in different sizes or colours, or with a different article, you must return the product and then make a new order on our online store.

Due to higher than usual shipping volume, many mail carriers are experiencing extended transit timelines. You can use the tracking number to see updates on your return while it makes our way to our warehouse. Upon receipt of your returned items, please allow 5-10 working days for return processing.
