The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our retail team in Singapore.

Main Responsibility

•Manage the store and associates to create a positive, motivating environment that encourages them to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.

•Exceeds store and personal goals and KPIs.

•Ensure the store is kept clean and consistent with merchandising standards at all times.

•Analyze sales and key performance indicators and take necessary actions to drive these indicators.

•Build and maintain good relationships with local businesses and neighbors.

•Administrative duties such as reporting daily sales figures to headquarters, organizing employee shifts and payroll.

•Responsible for recruitment and team development.

•Responsible for store inventory management.

•Responsible for driving store marketing and VIP customer relations.

Experience And Skills

•Minimum two years of retail experience.
•Sales driven, results oriented
•Organized and service-minded.
•Ability to multi-task and delegate tasks.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
