Returns Policy

At Zarritt, we stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction with our “14-day Unconditional Returns Service.” This policy allows you to return any product purchased from us within 14 days of receiving it, regardless of the reason. Whether you’re dissatisfied with the color, fit, or simply changed your mind, we’ve got you covered. This ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing you have the flexibility to make returns hassle-free within the specified timeframe.

● Returns Process

· Visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided. Please have your Order Number and Email Address or Phone Number ready to complete this process. This was sent to you in your Order Confirmation email.
· Once you have completed the return steps on screen, download the returns label provided.
· Attach the provided label to your return package and drop it off at the nearest drop off point.
· The returns should be posted to the address below:

· Once your package begins transit you will be able to track the progress of your return via the Returns Portal. As a reminder, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

 

● Acceptable Reasons for Return Include

· The product’s color, design, model, or materials do not match the website description.
· Incorrect size or fit issues.
· Personal dislike of the product.
· Accidental purchase of the wrong item.
· Product received with flaws or quality defects.
· Specific promotional events require full return and refund of all purchased items from the event; partial returns are not accepted.

● Conditions for Unconditional Returns Request

· The packaging, product, and accompanying accessories must be free from damage or stains.
· The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
· All original product tags must be intact.
· The product must be in a resellable condition.

● No Exchange

We aim to ensure you receive the correct product swiftly and efficiently. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, please initiate a return following our return procedure for any unwanted items. Once returned, you can promptly place a new order for the desired products. This streamlined process helps expedite your shopping experience and ensures you get exactly what you need without delay.

● Return Charges

At present, return shipping costs are not covered by us, except in cases involving defective items. Please mark your shipments clearly as “Return Items” to avoid any unnecessary additional customs fees.

For your peace of mind, we strongly advise using trackable shipping methods when sending back items. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for returns that fail to reach our warehouse or are damaged during transit.

● Refund Information

· Refunds are processed once per order.
· Please allow 5 to 10 business days from receipt of your return package for processing and inspection before issuing the refund for the respective item(s).
· Once processed, you will receive an email confirming the issuance of your refund. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
· Your bank may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
· Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria will be returned to you.
· If you redeemed any coupons for your online purchase, the refund will reflect the amount paid after deducting the coupon value.
· The refund amount will exclude the initial delivery cost.

● Faulty, Replacement Product or The Wrong Product

If you receive a faulty product, a replacement product, or if there was an error in the dispatch due to our mistake, please return the product(s) to us promptly at the specified address. We will issue a refund for the item(s), unless you opt for an exchange. Additionally, we will reimburse the costs associated with returning the product, upon submission of proof of postage.
