● What items are returnable?

Please send your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

● Are there any charges for return?

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are returning internationally, please clearly mark your shipment as “Return Merchandise” to avoid any unnecessary additional customs fees.

● How soon will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to update you on its status. Your refund will be processed promptly and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account.
